What's with the MMR in arenas?

Howcome when a 1700 team loses to a 1900+ team, the 1700 team loses just as much rating as the 1900 team gains, which doesn't make sense. Don't higher rating teams gain less versus much lower rated teams? Or lower rated team loses less versus much higher rated teams?

You can see that we are ~1750 and lose same points as the 2k+ teams

I am not sure if I got correctly what you are complaining about.

Vs 2300 team you have lost -2 and they won +3

Vs 2k team you have lost -7 and they got +7

What is the problem ?
