Hello, can someone explain to me What means „permamently immunes to stuns” i Playing as frost mage and i was think this spell doing dmg to frozen targets and stuns for 5sec. But im using it and it never doing any dmg just stuns. I mean deep freeze.

Essentially what Deep Freeze does is:
1) If the target can be stunned then it will stun (i.e. freeze the target).
2) If the target cannot be stunned by design (as with a lot of dungeon bosses) it will deal damage instead, and does not stun/freeze.

So only one of the two scenarios will happen.
