All class quests are obtained from class trainers. If you haven't gotten your level 30 quest from your trainer, you won't be able to see it yet.
Complete that and follow through till the end. It'll give you what you're seeking.
Remember. They are picked up from your class trainer. Most likely in the main city of your faction, or any other main city for that matter.
