When I use abilities just after global cooldown finishes for my warrior sometimes it doesn’t work and I have to spam it immediately 1-2 more time for it to work and it costs a few tenths of second and therefore loss of dps.
First I thought it was my connection problem, then I tested it with my warrior character in Blackrock and I didn’t face this problem even once and Everything was smooth. Do you guys have this problem too or have any idea about it?

didnt see/feel any delay when i tried it out on a training dummy

this happens all the time on ICC as well. Whenever I'm doing wpvp or raids the delay is huge. But inside bgs or arenas there isn't such delay. Is really annoying, I think it has to be with how many players are on.
