Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings

Which class will benefit most out of it? I would love to see some numbers/calculations or just please share exeprience. Like what class will be best with Val'anyr from Uldu to ICC on current server.

Also i found few posts that overhealing a target will not apply the shield, can someone confirm that?

Hpala and rshammy prolly the most. hpriest and disc a bit and druid pretty much worst with it. Not crucial to minmax it though.

I would say every healer without disc priest
