Icecrown(Argent Vanguard)Quests bugged?

As title says!
Today I hitted my first 80s at the Storm Peaks area.Afterwards I wanted to go Icecrown area to pick quests from Argent Vanguard NPCs to raise reputation with them but there were no quest givers!Is this bugged or I'm doing something wrong?

Like BlueAo said. The quest starts on the ship floating in the air around Icecrown. If you don't have a mount you can get the free one from K3. It only works in a few zones, but will help you until you can afford northrend flying.
