BiS item lists are a meme. Rejuv critting? Sign my *** up. Pick one best non set item (Head/Shoulders/Chest/Hands/Legs) and see which one nets you the most stats.
Rest of them go for haste cap, then make sure you wont run OOM and then get a ton of crit (for T9 4pt rejuv).
Simple, easy.
