WotLK New Ahune Items in Arena

Hi there, would like to point out that the new cloaks and the staff that drops from the Ahune event isn't disabled in arenas. I could equip both cloak and staff on my lock in Dalaran Arena. ( and no I didn't keep it on, only tested to see if it works before the arena started ) Would like to point out that this is happening on the Frostmourne server where the items are disabled and unusable.
