Need help finding an addon.

I came back to WOTLK after a long time and was trying so hard to find the addon that could highlight the dispellable enemy buffs as per the sshot https://paste.pics/889c5e2c6688a7eff328926eabf8fd32
Can anyone please help me with this? I've tried to look for it everywhere on the net, but it just seems impossible for me to find it.

"Ive been playing for 3 years here" I dont know much about Evil UI or anything like that. most modern computers dont stress over 50 addons running at a time LMAO
