    Random dungeon cooldown

    New dungeon system is not good. You cant kick some annoying bastard first 5 minutes. And if they kick you, you cant queue for dungeons because you are on some "random dungeon cooldown" saame thing happens if people get bored of dungeon and leave and then its only two of you left even then if you leave you still get the "random dungeon cooldown" thingy it is so annoying. Please remove that. Also i don't know if it was supposed to be just for the event but it also happens in normal dungeons
