WotLK Quest:Ahune, the Frost Lord

The Objective:

Travel to the Slave Pens in Coilfang Reservoir within Zangarmarsh and speak with Numa Cloudsister.

But when i get there she is not there and instaed Luma Cloudsister is :(

Is that a bug?

Queue Ahune through RDF. The NPC is on the left when you enter.

I qued with RDf.
Again the NPC to the left is Luma Cloudsister
for the quest i need Numa Cloudsister.
