WotLK Disconnected from the server (for 30 secs and then able to reconnect)

So, this happened before as well, but lately more than EVER (starting off yesterday morning or so).
I cant even have 5 mins in the game without failing.
It just logs me out/DC me from the server in the mid of the game. Sometimes, it starts bugging before the kick (just like when server is chrushing and you can see others running in the spot and/or being frozen) and then a cut to "You have been disconnected from the server" ,but the thing is I CANNOT reconn for at least 30 secs after when that happens. It cuts me out, and when I momentarily try to reccont I cant, only after 20-30 secs I manage to get back in.
Even in my connection logs you can see how many times I conncted/failed to connect jsut today.
It's not the connection cus I have checked. I had a Whatsapp call (using WIFI) and had google opened in the back working perfectly fine while being DC in the game.

The biggest problem is being in the DNG, like last night, I was in HOR, and got kicked out of the server, managed to reconn but apparedin Durator, not in HOR or on the graveyard, but Durator (happened before too). And we lost the run due to me.

I read many different suggestions and tried,but nothin helps. I just tried sending a msg to a GM to open a ticket of a sort or IDK and while writting it I got DC.

EDIT- I even contacted my internet provifer and they told me theres nothing happening at all. My ms is perfect. I tracked down the latency and it's around 40-45/green icon, but still DCs.
EDIT#2 - Now it's even worse, I tracked down in the last 10 mins i got DC 4 times. Everything else connected to the internet works without a single issue, but just WOW gets disconnected.
