Technical Banned, want to turn on 2FA

Hello,

So my account recently got banned (not here to discuss this).
Was wondering if there is any way to turn on 2FA even though I'm banned?
When I click on the 'security' tab, I just get the message "Your account is banned" and then get put back on the 'my account' tab.
