No quests in pandaria?

I now have 2 chars stuck without quests in pandaria, heard some rumour about "art of war" being bugged and ruining it?
Is this the case and I need to start over or what?

Open an in-game ticket and a GM should be able to phase you out of it and fix it.

Depends on how you are stuck, I was on ground and the quest giver was atop gunship and couldnt get to it as the portal wasn't there. Opening a ticket isn't always the solution, as they recommended waiting for server crash or realm reset.

Jade forest was empty of anything, even mobs mostly, so I got to 86 and opened all the quests in Four Winds (suggested by someone in-game). At 90 I got flying and unlocked Jade forest then, as I could get to the quest on the gunship. If you can delete quest and get to durotar gunship you are ok. An instant death during the cut-scene caused my problem as it was mid-way in Art of War line.
