Can't open anything in-game

I just logged in for the first time after more than 2 years and i wanted to queue for a battleground and it wouldn't let me, i can't open my character sheet, achievements, mount journal. I get a similar message for anything i do

try reloading the UI ingame, type this in chat and enter
/run EnableAddOn("Blizzard_AchievementUI");ReloadUI{}

or
delete cache, interface folder (you addons will be deleted tho)

or make a ticket in game and wait
