The oracles Qchain start bug

So I've been wanting to start the orcales rep farm for the green proto drake, and from what I know to start the rep and quests I must kill the mob named pitch and get the frenzyheart quests, the thing is I killed pitch 5 times but the npc infront of him isn't giving me the quest like he's supposed to, so I'm guessing I'm bugged to this or could be a mistake on my part, I need the solution either way, thanks, ign FearFull.

Did you take the quest called "The Part-time Hunter"? I think you have to kill him during that quest to open the whole quest chain. You can receive that quest down in the River's Heart.
