is there for low lvl training dummy?
Ive found on some forums, that there should be, but noone said where exactly, please anyone knows where that might be?

There's low level ones in the capitals of your faction.

Well, in WotLK lvl 60 dummy is considered low level one. There aren't any lowers ones since lvl 60 was the cap back in the day.
