WotLK T9 or T10 set??

Hello!

I have a 4.9k gs Frost DK, should i buy the T9 set or T10 set directly?
And where from?

T9 set will give you more power than 4 non-set items of same item level(232), or even a step above(245ilvl).
T10 is of coarse better, maybe you got loads of EoF farmed, then sure get T10. 2 parts T9 and 2 parts T10 works pretty great too, til you can get full 4/5 T10 set.
Your set is "core" of your gear, I'm wondering how you got to 4.9GS without a T9 set. Especially on DK. Anyway, we have no idea what gear you have, but I suspect that at least 2/5 T9 set will be a nice boost to you.

Visit Frost DPS guides here, read, understand why certain stats or talents instead of just copying.
Find boss mechanincs/tactics/guides because at this point your next step is to start chopping in ICC to farm EoF for your T10 set.
This will give you more power than any gear ever will.

Oh and you can get all the sets in Dalaran, Plate vendors near Blacksmith trainer. Other item vendors for emblems in ..err.. a room located inside your factions side in Dalaran.(like trinkets, non-set stuff, hierlooms and other things)
