Can't use my shield Neverending Winter

Just won it on ICC, it was given to me by master looting, but when I wear it my skills that requires a shield gets disabled, also I can't see his icon on my bag, it shows a question mark instead.
I've tried to fix it by relogin, deleting my cache and logs folder but nothing works

Disable all of your addons and try again.

It didn't work, but solved it by downloading the game again.
