WotLK DK start quest bug

Hey guys!
I recently created a Gnome DK, after the "If Chaos Drives, Let Suffering Hold The Reins" quest I'm not able to progress with the "Gothik the Harvester". The quest giver does not have the "!" on his head.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

There's a letter above the mailbox, the letter starts a questline.

I have the same problem, but with no quest on my mailbox. Anyone know why this area is so extremely bugged?

Double check the mailbox, I remember it being rather low level quest, so exclamation mark may not show there.

Strange, for me is showing the "?" mark.
I also disabled all addons I use, just to be sure.
