so i did all the qs and have them on exalted, i bought stuff from them already but now everytime i get their it wont phase over and i have no quartermaster, flightpoint and so on....anyone knows a fix to that?

You need to go back to Thorim on top of the mountain and accept the quest "Forging an Alliance" and keep that quest in your log until the end of time. Or go pick it up every time you want to use the QM.

Or even better just finish the questline like you should. Buying the gear from the QM right after you hit exalted is pretty much "exploiting" the 7x reputation feature. That quest was meant to bring you from hated to neutral, and you weren't supposed to be able to buy anything on a 1x server, not until you finished the full questline.
