Quest - Going Bearback (Reputation bug?)

Hello,

I was going through the Sons of Hodir questline and have come to a halt with the quest "Going Bearback." Essentially, the majority of my reputation came from Sons of Hodir badges purchased from a vendor at the Argent Tournament, so now that I am revered with the Sons of Hodir, I'm unable to complete this specific quest to move forward in the questline because the NPCs I'm supposed to kill are now considered friendly. So now, I'm not able to get the Sons of Hodir area to phase in and I can't purchase anything from the quartermaster (because he doesn't exist for me.)

What can I do now?

When you open reputation panel and go to Sons of Hodir - set them "At War"
