[ANSWERED]chain quest for skeleton key (scholomance)

like as title...i write here for some advice
i made a ingame titcket but the answer was like nothing -.-"

i saw on bugtracker that "skeleton key" bug is pending from 3 weeks or more

is possible get some news about that?

is possible add a npc that sell the key?

i hope in a kind answer ;)

You can create a ticket in-game see perhaps a Game master can assist you with it.
