Long story short, I had an item that I couldn't equip god knows why. After trying a lot of stuff I thought maybe I could "fix it" by deleting and restormy character and, well guys, I've just ****ed it up by recovering the wrong character and I cannot recover the one that I wanted because I'm kind of dumb. Is there any way to recover it now?

yes but free restoration has 7 days of cooldown to avoid abuse

It was turned off becasue it wasn't menat to be obtainmable as it has a higher ilvl than the one in this patch
