WotLK Ebon blade rep/quests missing after faction transfer

Hey, I just did faction transfer and now the game is acting like i've not done the Knight of the Ebon Blade quest chain, but the first quest is missing. My rep is still as it was but the Ebon Blade npcs are enemies and I can't talk to any. What should I do?

I had the same problem after faction transfer, just open a ticket and the GM will take care of it.
