Technical cant change my email

hi ,my name is victor and i have a problem with one of my accounts , i was hacked back in days and the i got banned for 3 months i think on 3 acc by the same reason , well i change my password on 2 of them but i cant in the 3 one we i try to change, one email is send to my email but i have not acces to the email cuz was hacked too, so im trying to change the email but in the page says , -There was a problem sending your confirmation email.- so what can i do ?
