Forum Recount is not showing up for me

I am a new player here and i started on frostmourne with a fury warrior. Having lots of fun but i went to get a few basic addons and ran into an issue with the recount addon. I download it off legacy-wow for wotlk and use winrar to extract the file. It shows up on my addon list when i get to the character selection screen but once i log on i see nothing. I am lost and could use some help.

Load out of date addons. You can tick it from the addons list.

You may have to do either toggle, or show command for it to pop up.
/recount – Displays a list of command options.
/recount show – Displays the list of damage or healing done.
/recount hide – Hide the addon window.
/recount toggle – Toggles the option to show the addon window.
/recount config – Displays the configuration window.
