WotLK Pre-RDF HC Trinket farm

Hello,
So I am currently leveling an alt healer, I'm at 3.6k gs (just to give you an idea, I know gs plays to part in rdf hc requirements). I am trying to replace my heirloom trinkets in order to hit the average iLvl to queue up for heroics but I have no clue where to farm 2 trinkets around the 200 iLvl. The Argent Vanguard quest chain has one, but it is bugged for me because after "Preparationd for War", no quest popped up on the ship for me.
So I am in dire need of help, any advice as to how to get to queue up for rdf heroics?
I should mention I cannot even queue up for FoS, PoS, HoR, ToC NM.

Go sholazar basin and do the Freenzyheart tribe questchain, or continue to Oracle part, Anyhow they both sell ilvl 200 epic trinkets which is non unique so you can even equip 2 at the same time for a nice earlygame Ilvl/Gs Boost.

just join any ToCnm farm group which pop in global chats every 5 minutes. And you can get some from late normal dungeons for 78lvl players

Fastest would be to just buy Darkmoon trinkets on AH, if you have gold, since you have hierlooms.

Can I join a Toc5 NM farm if I cannot queue for ToC NM from dungeon finder? I doubt so

I do not have that much gold, and the cheaper Darkmoon ones are iLvl 60 or something like that

You can join it manually with a group but not through RDF.

RShaman, honestly it doesn't matter the type of trinket seeing as I can switch them after I join the dungeon.

http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47215 --- create "ToC normal trinket farm", go there and farm it

This would be legit upgrades, not some wasted time on stuff you wont even use.

Also The Oculus and Stratholme Culling Normal modes both drop 187ilvl trinkets for casters and works with healers.
