Question about gear

So i posted about 2 days ago asking about increasing GS. I've been spamming heoric dungeons, went from 3.7k to 4.3k which is cool. I noticed however, that my lowest gear, save for trinkets, is my wrists and feet. I'm a mage so what I wanna ask is, are there any vendors that sell wrist and foot gear? I've looked in dalaran as I had a **** ton of emblems of triumph, and even in that arena near IC but did not see anything. Any suggestions?

no your best bet is to buy BoEs off auction house or craft some gear

As Maximus said, Bejeweled Wizard's Bracers and Deathfrost Boots are your primary options for out-of-dungeon items.

You CAN find both slots in lower-tier Emblem vendors (e.g. Emblem of Valor iirc has wrists), but at that point it's just better to spam Pit of Saron, which can give you:
Wristguards of Subterranean Moss - Ick (Normal)
Ice-Steeped Sandals - Forgemaster Garfrost (Normal)
Prelate's Snowshoes - Tyrannus (Heroic)
