Nameplate Debuff Addon

Anyone know of any enemy nameplate Debuff Addon that works on the standard blizzard nameplates? I've tried TidyPlates but I just hate the look of it.

Also, any add-ons that could show me an icon about which stance I'm in and equipped weps? I've tried weakauras and TMW but none do what I need.
