What is this nameplate addon

Does anyone know how to get my player portrait frames to look like this? Can’t find an add on or setting to do it. How the player name and health bar are color specific depending on class. Warlock is purple. He’s targeting a warrior and his health bar is brown. Been looking for hours last night and couldn’t find an add on that worked or one that would do that for 3.3.5a
