[ANSWERED]Lost all my characters

Dear Staff,

Recently i decided to start playing wow again, i haven't played in years but i remember that i had 2 characters on icecrown realm on alliance side.
My first was a warrior and my second was a rogue both were 80 level with pretty much same iLVL (I dont remember what iLVL they had, i just remember they were both close).

So yesterday i logged in the wow client and when the game showed me which realm i want to join it was saying Icecrown(1) which means that i have a character only there. I join the server and there is nothing, absolutely nothing. Did the server get wiped? Is there any possibility for my to regain my lost characters atleast on icecrown?

I really wanted to play but when i saw that i lost my progress i got disapointed because i've spent a good amount of time on this account and it's a shame.

There have been some cleanups in the past due to inactivity.

Unfortunately, we cannot recover characters deleted long time ago .
