[ANSWERED]Account banned for no reason - pla help

HI my dad had the same ban, info@warmane said it was because of VPN thingy.

my dad activated it on MCafee firewall software because he was downloading a torrent... he turned off, then pleaded his case and got the ban lifted.

problem is my account also got the ban.

please help,

oh.. and i can even open a ticket becauseit says my IP is banned
