    [ANSWERED]Account Only Normal and not in "Good Standing"

    Hi I've had this account since about 2015 and took a break for a while. Only Logging on to make sure my characters aren't deleted after 2017. I've started playing more often in June and i notice that my account only has normal standing. As far as I know I've never been banned. Is there anyway to raise my standing or check what would cause my status to be low? Thanks you in advance.
