Technical All my Characters are gone.

I haven't played warmane in about 2 years. Decided to log on to my account on this site to view my characters for WOTLK. And they aren't there. None of them. Even the low level ones. Does warmane delete characters? I had a BIS rouge, Near BIS warlock, near BIS deathknight and a druid iwas working on gearing and they are all gone. Can anyone give me an idea of what may have happend and how i can possibly fix this or get my characters back.? I spent so much time playing and gearing them all and now i dont even want to play cause i dont want to start all over. Any help would be much appreciated!

Are you sure you have logged on the right realm?
Then send an email to [email protected] to know what happened to your characters (and to find out if it is still possible to recover them)
