If i buy Flight max lvl 300, do i need to buy again if i create another character ? or i will need to spend more than 5000 gold in flight every time i create a new character ?

Yes, if you want to learn that skill it costs on each character. Just like spells, you dont get all spells and all weapon skills/profession skills on all chars if you learn it one one char, do you?

I can suggest you grind up exalted reputation Thrallmar/honor hold, it gives considerable discount. You ahve to do this on each char too, so it probably is not worth the effort.

You'll have to learn/purchase riding for every character you level again, yes. You'll also have to purchase/earn mounts for every character individually. Accountbound stuff wasn't a thing back when the expansions warmane offers been around.
