Stuck at "Downloading Update"
Trying to login to my account in the client gets me stuck at "Downloading Update" before the character creation screen. Eventually it says it needs to restart to download patch and then takes me to the login screen and says it had problems and to contact support.

Are you running Wow.exe or Launcher.exe? As far as I know, You should be running Wow.exe file.
