Twinking on Icecrown

As the title says, i'm wondering if twinking is something that people are doing here, if does i wonder what is the most active bracket. Ty for answers in advance

Yes, I don't know how many twinks are on different levels but I've seen twinks for almost every bracket, 29 seems to have gotten bigger recently but since im not twinking myself I'm not 100%.
I tried twinking at 60 few years ago but it was rather dead since well, Naxxramas and Onyxia both got removed to wotlk.
Level 70 twink community was much bigger but recently I've also seen some people doing BG's at 79.
