WotLK Item lost (vanished)

last week I sent an email to [email protected] but so far I have not received any response.
i have a question about lost item, so i cannot say its lost because its vanished!
I was making daily quest in Dalaran for Fishing (swaped my Polearm for a Fishing stick)
After that i get a call for RDF to jump in - i swapped again to take my Polearm from bag BUT
when i jump in Dungen item was vanished!

Item was: https://www.wowdb.com/items/47522-marrowstrike with ench +110 Attack power.

Thats happened 08.07.2020. Please fix this problem!

You will receive no support for such cases from the staff. Get a new weapon.

Consider yourself lucky it was a toc 5 wep, people lost Lich king 25 Heroic weps and don't even get help from support, I wonder how long it will take until someone legit looses their shadowmourne to this bugg (that they didn't donate for, because if you didnt donate for it = No help), this is like the 6th or 7th post in short time I se with people having this problem, at some point warmane should to take responsibility, if it's a bugg on their server.
