Technical Issue on Start Up

Hi, so everytime i launch the Wow.exe i get this error:

Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910

I have to run it as Administrator everytime but i lose all of my saved settings such as sound, graphics, Remember Me on login page.

Any help i would really appreciate.

1 Start WoW with WoW.exe, not the launcher.
2 Use Warmane account name when logging in, not e-mail.
3 Remove WoW from torrent, right click the folder, go under properties and remove "Read-only".
If all of those fail try redownloading it from the website and doing the step 3 again.
