1. Unable to Connect - whats next step?

    I'm getting "Unable to Connect ... [please contact Blizzard CS ...]" error message when I try to login. I do not get past connecting. I am playing on an unmodded version of the game that I downloaded from this website. I was playing a few hours ago before I DC'd, so it's not the gamefiles. I am logging in using my Warmane username and am in good standing.

    What should I try next?

  2. try this:
    1) Restart your PC
    2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
    3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

    Anything going on with the server?

  5. Same situation. This is treated with the usual expectation. This happens once a year on the server. We're waiting.

  6. I also have this problem, I did this whole process and it didn't work.

  7. Same here. Since the restart, when i try connect, say " unable to connect"



  8. Resolved from OP. Unclear whether the server changed or it is because I swapped to a new internet source. I did nothing to my game files.
