Heroic Dungeon Boss Kills: Emblems

Now that Ulduar is out are bosses in heroic dungeons supposed to drop Valor Emblems?
If so then then they're still dropping Heroic Emblems atm.

I eard 10raids and 5man HM will now drop Valors but i was looking for more official answer >.> .

Last two Heroics gave only Heroism Emblems, this needs more attention!

When Ulduar come out there is no more heroism sources , they are supposed to swap for valor .
And hero day become Ulduar25 tier emblems .

During patch 3.1 emblems obtained from 3.0 content did not change. It was in 3.2 that it changed, old content started being 2nd best emblem.

RDF is however using 3.3 rules downscaled [so best emblem for daily win and 2nd best for repeated wins].
This means your first RDF HC gives conquest and repeated RDFs are valor.
