WotLK Questing addon help

Howdy,

I noticed last night when I mouse over mobs the built in game quest marker does not let me know which mob drops the items needed for the quest, eg murloc fins .. murlocs ok that one is obvious. It only works with kill quests ( kill 10 Silverman Wolves ) when moused over it shows the mobs needed but not the drops.

Blasted lands it was difficult for me to know which mobs I needed.

I did try a few addons and they did not seem to help at all with this, one was quest helper I don't remember the other one. I tried looking for questie for wotlk and had no luck. would anyone have a addon for this or is it a setting I am over looking ?

This is for Wotlk realm Frostmourne.
