July 15th "Patch Notes" (wip)

July 15th "Patch Notes" for Frostmourne, being updated as people respond.

Since there doesn't seem to be an official note page for the changes today I thought I would start unofficial Patch Notes. So far I am seeing a hybrid of patches 1.3 and 3.3 as far as content goes. (we are on 3.3.5 or 3.5 as far as balance goes)

- Ulduar 10 and 25man released.
-it has lots of bugs atm (July 15th)
- PvP "Furious Gladiator Season" has begun
- Emblems of Conquest are now available
-2x from daily heroic (changed from 2x valor)
-(1x from each boss in Ulduar ... 10 and 25? needs clarification)
- 2x valor tokens for every heroic RDF after the first (changed from 2x heroism)
- VOA Emalon 10 and 25man out (VOA 10man is bugged, boss has 3x HP)
- Argent Tournament out


please let me know all the stuff I missed or got wrong... ill try to update this over the next few days as an easy reference.
