Site Cant Donate (USA player, using $, also using a single use debit)

My attempt to donate using the visa option (yes my card is a visa) just always says the card is declined. I never had any trouble using single use cards for games and other online purchases before, so I'm wondering if its an issue with the currencies? I really don't know and I'm just wondering if anyone has gone through this before and has a solution or knows of some way I can use this card I bought to buy a different payment method to do my 10$ donation?

Always had this problem. Its because the server is based in Latvia and that country is marked as a blocked country on most credit cards. Take my advice, use a CVS e-gift card online. It takes 2 minutes to order one and less than 3 to arrive in your email. Never had a problem since.
