Shadow Vault quest line accessible

I have the Knights of Ebon hold no Honored rep. But i still see them as red. See below URL.

I cannot return the quest to silver baron because he is unresponsive.
I have a char in icecrown called as Doctorr. Can any gm help resolve this.
I am not even able to start the quest chain from Dalaran again because the npc on ship who gives the quest originally says something along the lines of how i have already helped him and hence it is completed.
