Require Assistance - Cannot play

Okay this is just a bit ridiculous.

Out of the blue i cannot login to my account:

While usign email it gets stuck on patching on 0%
While using my username is says Unable to Connect.

My account is in good standing.

Why does it have to be so painful to get help regarding playing the basic game?
Does the server at least has a Discord Server for easy communication or do i have to wait and pray for someone to answer here?

There is a discord server but it is unofficial.
