    can not download update

    i log onto to the main screen type my account info in then it bring me to a screen that says downloading update but its stuck at 0% then after a few mins it says press the restart button below to exit world of warcraft and download the patch but when i do that it says failed to apply patch ive tried both just my account name and with email address but still does not work

    one thing i want to add is when i just use my account name its stuck at connecting then after a little bit just says failed to connect only when i use it with the email address it connects but then gets stuck at that update and fails to update patch please help
