So I've looked up the rates and saw that Lordaeron is the only 1x server. I was wondering is it easy to sell fresh 80's on here?

Yes, fresh 80s sell near instantly. I've managed to sell a few nude ones for up to 50 coins with flying+dual talent spec+2 profs so you don't have to settle with minimum price of 30 coins.
