    Spirit walk (Frostmourne)

    Hi, Does anyone know why wolves and shaman can't be snared (at least with frost nova) during a short duration (2-3 seconds) after using "Spirit walk"

    Because that's how this ability works. According to the comments made when WotLK was on retail, this ability not only functions as sprint but also gives a 4 seconds non-dispellable equivalent of Blessing of Freedom.
